When you contact us for a quote or hire us for concrete work, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services Provided

ECM Enid Concrete Masters provides residential and commercial concrete services in Enid, OK and surrounding areas. Our services include concrete driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and related concrete work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Quotes and Estimates

We provide free quotes for your concrete projects. These quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and our initial site assessment. The final price may change if we discover unexpected site conditions, additional work is needed, or you request changes to the original scope. We will always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Any outstanding balance not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to late fees.

Scheduling and Delays

We will work with you to schedule your project at a mutually agreeable time. However, concrete work depends heavily on weather conditions. Rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather issues may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any schedule changes and work to complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining quality standards.

Site Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring utilities are marked before we begin. You must also secure any pets and inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other site considerations. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles not disclosed to us.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and use quality materials. Specific warranty terms will be included in your service agreement. Our warranties cover workmanship defects but do not cover damage from improper use, extreme weather events, ground settling, or lack of proper maintenance. Concrete naturally develops small cracks over time, and minor surface cracking is not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance for our work, and details are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and material preparation costs. Any deposits for cancelled projects may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for your project unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will provide guidance on permit requirements, but ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner. All work will be performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work or services, please contact us directly so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled through mediation or, if necessary, in accordance with Oklahoma state law.
